As a small company covering the Nottingham and Derby regions, we’re big on delivering high quality garden rooms and a friendly, personal service. With over thirty years of carpentry experience, master carpenter & Snug founder Mark Brown is personally involved in every stage of the design, build, and installation process. So you can be confident your bespoke garden room will be beautifully constructed and built to last.
As the name suggests, Snug Garden Rooms are exceptionally well insulated, keeping your garden escape cosy and completely draft free. Fitted with a Mechanical Ventilation & Heat Recovery (MVHR) system as standard, your Snug garden office, gym or yoga studio will enjoy fresh filtered air while retaining its heat.
Mechanical ventilation & heat recovery (MVHR) units expel humid, stale air out of the garden room and draw in fresh, filtered air.
The heat in the air being expelled is used to preheat the air being drawn in.
This circulation of fresh air keeps the room at the correct humidity level which prevents condensation and mould.
Very little heat is lost using a MVHR unit in comparison to opening a window or trickle vent and this helps save money and the environment.

Porcelain stone effect tiles are the perfect modern and contemporary exterior cladding option as they are extremely durable, totally unaffected by sub-zero temperatures or extreme heat and are zero maintenance
Premium Plastered Walls
All Snug garden room interior walls are plastered as standard.
Plastered interior walls can offer many benefits over MDF interior walls including;
Sound Proofing
Plastered walls are exceptionally dense and provide outstanding soundproofing unlike MDF wall boards.
Fire Resistance
Plastered walls are fireproof for a minimum of 30 minutes, MDF wall boards however are flammable.
Zero Shrinkage
MDF wall boards expand and contract which can cause cracks, plastered walls have almost zero shrinkage.
Premium Finish
MDF wall and ceiling boards need unsightly cover strips on joints, plastered walls require no cover strips and offer a premium finish.
